Decades of experience in Circular Agricolture is the land where our Easy Risottos and Beers are born.
Our farm is at the border of one of the most renowned Italian cities. Our fields are watered by the Navigli: the watering system built by Leonardo Da Vinci. Recipes and ingredients are selected by famed chefs and brewers.

When it comes to food, Italy has one of the most iconic cuisine in the world. Risotto is the flagship meal of Milano. Rice and vegetables (and meat, sometimes) are cooked for a long time adding small portions of broth at times.
Our Easy Risottos are a fast and tasty alternative. You can enjoy a fine Italian meal without becoming an international chef.
We proudly grow the rice of our risottos and select directly the genuine veggie ingredients: Truffles, Porcini, Saffron, Asparagus.

The famous Milan chef Pietro Arlati is our Risottos ambassador: he guarantees the recipe of the Easy Risotto gives the same sensations of the hand made one.
Quality Control on the other ingredients is an everyday job for us, so we can meet the highest standards in the food industry.
